Payment is made in cash or by card to the courier upon delivery (cash on delivery). No payment is taken online and no card details are required at the point of ordering.

You may cancel your order at any point before dispatch by informing our team when they call to confirm, or by contacting us by phone or email. There is no cancellation fee.

We accept no liability for any reliance on this information as a substitute for professional healthcare advice. Our liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
